Shidduchim

I think shidduchim is the most frustrating process, especially for older girls. The lack of guys available amazes me along with the lack of quality. The girls are really that much better then the guys available. Trying to set up an older girl is hard enough, but choosing whats out there is almost embarassing. It seems like a girl would have to make major compromises which is very uncomfotorable. I wish I knew some great older guys for all the single older girls I know. Its heart breaking.
